High Pressure type Rubber Preforming Machine
This rubber preforming machine is High Pressure type compared with the standard Preformer machine,it is a high efficiency machine to produce high precision rubber blanks.The max.extrusion pressure for the High-Pressure Precison Preformer is up to 5500 PSI,with wide application,especially for kinds of rubber with high hardness and poor fluidity,like viton,achieving rubber filtering(screening) and cutting simultaneously.Filtering level can reach 300 mesh,can cut different shapes of rubber blanks by installing relevant dies.
It combines the functions of vacuum system,filtering(screening),extrusion,cut,weighing,calculation.
The machine is user-friendly design,easy operation and maintenance.
